We went to the same university but just grew apart. Last year we actually got together for a walk around a local lake & then went to lunch. It was good to see her and hear what she was up to (her fiance had called off their wedding about 2 weeks before the wedding, so she was dealing with quite a bit). It made me a little sad that we were no longer apart of each other's lives, but I think it was meant to be that way. I truly believe in the 'reason, season, lifetime' thing. People come in and out of our lives. It's kind of sad, but it seems like it's the way life goes.Lisa from Lisa's Yarnshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05335500882510597919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6346893203797951384.post-51361463235257424042010-04-04T22:00:47.652+01:002010-04-04T22:00:47.652+01:00I was just thinking about this last night. One of ...I was just thinking about this last night. One of my closest friends is moving 6,000 miles away - back to her home in Newfoundland. And even though I know we'll "say" we'll stay in touch I know that we'll drift a part. I have drifted a part from SO MANY friends over the past four years with all my moving and switching colleges. It's a sad thing.Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05185652640389232120noreply@blogger.com
